Nemesys partnered with BrewMaster Brian Watson, one of the world’s most celebrated craft brewers, to design and implement SmartBrew—a fully automated brewing system capable of producing any beer style efficiently, consistently, and at scale. These systems have been installed in multiple locations worldwide, including bars and restaurants, allowing brewers to maintain complete control over the brewing process.
SmartBrew uses advanced automation to manage High Gravity Wort streams, yeast, dry-hops, and other ingredients within a fully integrated system. Nemesys developed Level 2 Grafcet FDs, PLC software, and HMI systems to deliver precise, repeatable results with minimal human intervention.
