Responsibilities

  • Lead automation and safety projects from initial scoping through to final commissioning.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define requirements and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical coordination across design, programming, installation, and startup.
  • Support the development of high-performing control solutions that meet operational, safety, and performance goals.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover information to ensure smooth delivery and long-term support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Project Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering industrial automation or control system projects in a manufacturing or process environment.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and safety system concepts.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
