Open Country Dairy contracted Nemesys to automate the entire Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF) plant at its Awarua site in Southland.

The scope covered coding and commissioning across the full process, from separation and concentration through to filling, drumming and stockfood loadout, as well as integration with the site's existing plant control systems.

  • Interfacing with existing plant control systems. Integration of the new plant with the control systems already running on site.
  • Stockfood loadout to tanker. Control of stockfood loadout operations.
